YOUTH GROWING DETROIT:Green Thumbs-Up Garden at the Redford Branch Library has two adult volunteer leader alternate leader positions to work with Dr. Wright and a small groups of teens who will grow and sell produce at three city marketplaces. Youth Growing Detroit brings together youth 11-18 to participate in a series of training, skill sharing community marketplace opportunities focused on agriculture and our food system. Four paid teen positions  for tween/teen (11-18) who take the training and participate in the entire curriculum. if you are interested call for an appointment with Dr. Conja Wright participate in the total training.
