School is back in
session and it is time to register for the Detroit College Promise
scholarship, if you haven't already done so. Remember, the only other
requirements for the Detroit College Promise Scholarship are that you live in
Detroit grades 9-12, attend a DPS high school grades 9-12 and submit the
necessary documents by the deadline.
Registration is quick,
easy and can be done online at www.DetroitCollegePromise.com or by
clicking here. The Class of 2013 scholarship
recipients were
awarded between $150 - $600 to attend a Michigan public college or
university. We hope to increase the awards each year.
The deadline to register for 9th graders (members
of the class of 2017) is December 1, 2013. Students can register beginning in
kindergarten. Those in grades 10 or higher can sign up for our newsletter to
learn about other scholarships.
